Bacon Wrapped Pulled Pork

 

Boston butt rubbed with Montreal steak seasoning, oregano, and Cowboy rub.

 

Butt with rub added, put in smoker at 225

 

After 3 hours in smoker added some sauce and wrapped in foil

 

Back into the smoker

 

Put bacon in muffin tin and press down to shape, bake until partially cooked at 375

 

MMM butt is all cooked

 

Shredded pork and added sauce

 

Put pork in bacon cups

 

Cover with bacon back in oven at 375

 

All done

 

Let drain

 

Oh so tasty!
