You saw them on Supermarket Superstars, now enjoy them in your home!
What you will need for the recipe:
1 bottle of your favorite The Wright Sauce flavor
1 pound of 80/20 ground beef
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
1 tbs of oregano
2-3 tbs of cooking oil
pinch salt and pepper
How you do it:
Preheat a pan on medium to low heat
Coat bottom of pan with oil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl but The Wright Sauce (though a splash will make it better!)
Roll meat into 1 inch size meat balls
Add to pan
After about 3 - 4 minutes flip meatballs
Cook meatballs until cook all the way through (should be no red in center if you cut into one)
Strain meatballs and return to pan
Coat with The Wright Sauce and let simmer for 4 - 5 minutes (longer on a low temperature if you want to cook the sauce in)
Serve over white rice or egg noodles and enjoy!
Pro tip: make some bacon ahead of time and mix into your meatballs and at the end to make it even better!
