Bacon, bacon, bacon! We all love it, but it can be tricky to cook it perfect every time. Frying bacon isn't the answer. To get perfect bacon every time, you have to bake it. Here is how:
1 - Buy thick cut bacon. Trust me, it is worth it.
2 - Line a pan with aluminum foil (for easy clean up)
3 - Set oven to 375 and place tray of bacon on top rack (mine is on 2nd from top slot)
4 - Bake for 17 - 20 minutes until you get your desired crispness
5 - Pull from oven and let cool for 2 - 3 minutes
6 - Transfer to a plate lined with paper napkins to soak up extra grease
7 - Enjoy!
